Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CallStream Pro (the “Service”), operated by TradeStream Marketing Corp (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

CallStream provides an AI agent that answers inbound text messages and, where enabled, calls on your behalf, following the instructions you configure. The Service is a tool to help you respond to your customers — you remain responsible for the way you use it and for the instructions you give your agent.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable rules, including telecommunications and messaging regulations and carrier requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers and for honoring opt-out requests. You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages, or to impersonate others.

4. AI-generated responses

The Service uses AI to generate replies based on your instructions. AI can make mistakes and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses. You are responsible for reviewing your agent’s configuration and conversations, and for any commitments (such as quotes or appointments) made on your behalf. The Service is provided to assist you, not to replace your professional judgment.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices shown on our site may change; we’ll give you notice of material changes before they apply to your subscription. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your customers create through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running reliably, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Features described as “coming soon” are planned and not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, TradeStream Marketing Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
